About

SCRAN is an innovative one-day event designed to convene key figures from across Manchester’s food landscape. Our mission is to get chefs out of the kitchen and into meaningful connection with the region’s farmers, food producers and community projects.

By showcasing inspiring examples of best practise and facilitating deep-dive discussions, we’ll explore the power and potential of thriving regional food economies - and how their potential to deliver environmental, social and business benefits.

Hosted by our friends at Track Brewery, space is limited to 120 delegates - carefully balanced to reflect the breadth and variety of Manchester's food, hospitality and farming communities. We hope to grow the event for future editions. Day tickets are £150.00. A limited number of funded places and bursaries will be available, so don't let cost be a barrier to applying.
